“When I say that my first cacao ceremony was the most profound experience of my entire life, I am not lying. I went into it with no expectations, and kept myself from trying to find our what I would experience while I'm there. What I DID experience was one of a kind, truly beautiful, and painful- but in the best way. While I only had a couple sips of the plant medicine Cacao, the effects of the heart-opener did a number on me. We were guided into a long period of meditation.
