Energy Healing
I fell in love with Reiki again last October. I had a beautiful group of eight women that sat with me to learn Usui Reiki levels I + II and it brought a passion back to life for me. Not only do I love healing, but I love teaching + encouraging others on their spiritual journeys.
Reiki was where I started my path as a healer. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that helps to soothe the mind, body, + spirit. I was certified in Reiki I + II at the same time I was learning how to understand my Mediumship gift. It took me some time following my first Reiki class to fully understand my healing work. I really had come into this new spiritual realm as a Medium.
I even took all my Usui Reiki levels again to fully get the hang of what was happening and how to do energy healing. I took other classes that opened me up to additional healing tools that I could add to my Energy Healing sessions. Some of the tools I use often are my drum, sound bowls, essential oils, crystals, and vocal toning to help guide the healing.
I really resonate as a Shamanic healer. As a Shamanic Healer, I connect with the unseen world and work through healing the spirit in all time, space, and dimensions if that soul chooses. My work is often in healing deep trauma wounds. These are areas from this life, and sometimes other lives, that need to heal so that the person can move forward in their life purpose.
I offer healing as part of my 1:1 sessions, during my cacao ceremonies, and during the Spiritual Goddess retreats. These sessions can often help soothe areas of pain that are linked to emotional trauma. Often diseases we carry in our body are linked to emotions we carry, things we have forgotten about, or maybe feelings we refuse to let go of. As we honor and release our trauma, the body will release the discomfort.
