This self love flow will allow you to open your heart and connection to your higher self calling in self love + focusing completely on your own needs + desires. During this 90-minute event, you will have the opportunity to drink a cup of ceremonial cacao, experience a guided meditation + sound bath, receive Reiki energy healing, + enjoy a gentle yoga flow.

What you’ll want to bring: a yoga mat, a water bottle, a journal, + an item to represent the self love you are calling in for yourself this year. This item will return home with you. It could be a picture, crystal, jewelry, or something special that calls out to you.
