Description: In this course, you will be certified in Usui Reiki Levels I & II. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that helps with our physical, mental, + spiritual health. This class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. You will receive both Reiki I + II attunements and become a Certified Reiki Practitioner.

You will learn:
The Standard Reiki hand positions
Giving a Complete Reiki session for yourself + others.
Ancient Japanese Reiki Techniques
The Hayashi Healing Guide
Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits
Distance Healing

You will be supplied with a Reiki Class Manual that can be utilized for both levels I + II.

Bring a journal, pen, and a water bottle.
