Description: In this course, you will be certified in Usui Reiki Level I. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that helps with our physical, mental, + spiritual health. In Reiki Level I, you will learn what Reiki is, the history of Reiki, how to use Reiki healing. You will also be attuned to Reiki I, get to practice using Reiki, + you will receive your Reiki I Certification.

Bring a journal, pen, and a water bottle. You will be supplied with a Reiki Manual that can be utilized for both levels 1 + 2. Reiki 2 certification can be taken the same day as Reiki 1.
