Description: Come join me on Friday the 13th on the River for a cup of Ceremonial Cacao + a Sound Bath. I’ll be offering you a cup of Ceremonial Cacao, a Sound Bath, + Energy healing through this evening. This event will last about 2 hours.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get parked and settled in. Please park across from the River Bungalow in the grass and walk to the river behind the bungalow. When you arrive, get settled comfortably in the grass and place any offerings or items you'd like charged on the altar.

I'll offer you a cup of ceremonial cacao prior to our meditation and sound bath. Ceremonial Cacao is not psychedelic. It will allow you to open your heart and meditate with ease. You can find out more information HERE about Cacao. I typically make our Ceremonial Cacao with tea, cane sugar, and cinnamon. Every now and then I add a little bit of cayenne pepper. Please let me know if you have any allergies.

You may think of bringing offerings for the goddess, Freya. Friday the 13th is her sacred day. She is the Norse goddess who represents love, beauty, fertility, sex, war, and gold. She was especially important to women and to the practice of magic and prophecy. ​If you feel called to honor this Goddess on the altar, she loves honey, mead, flowers (especially primrose), mugwort, bird berry, bedstraw, flax, jewelry, perfume, ale, barley, pork, and apples.​  Be sure to ask permission of your items to make sure they are willing to be offered.

Please bring items to be seated comfortably in the grass. Pillows and blankets are encouraged. If the weather changes, we have an indoor location in the highlands available. The event will continue!
