Open your heart through a cacao ceremony so that you can gain clarity through your intuition and feel empowered within. We will integrate what came up for you during the spring equinox and full moon energy the week prior. You'll get to experience the plant medicine of cacao, a sound bath meditation, shamanic drumming, energy healing, + an evening in community.

Please feel free to bring items or pictures for the altar that represent your intentions. These will return home with you. Bring a yoga mat or cushion, a journal, a pen, + a bottle of water.

I'll offer you a cup of ceremonial cacao, a card pull, and guidance to tap into your intuition before our meditation and sound bath. Our sound healer this month is Dayna of Centered in Chaos.
