Our Conscious Breathwork Ceremony is this Saturday, July 27, at Yoga on Baxter! During this ceremony, you will explore a shamanic journey through the medicine of breath. 

The shifts in a conscious breathwork ceremony bring about a deeper sense of inner connection, somatic embodiment, emotional empowerment, and psycho-spiritual integration.

Please bring items or pictures for the altar that represent your intentions. These will return home with you. Bring a yoga mat or cushion, items to lay comfortably on the floor, a journal, a pen, + a bottle of water.
